Weigh-In Day!

Ugh. That's all I can say. 2 weeks without being on program has made me see how easily I can add the pounds on.

I gained 3 pounds this week. I'll do better this week. I hope!

I've been really off program

We didn't go to WI on Sunday because we were up in Bellingham for the LinuxFest NW conference. I kind of knew that I wouldn't be weighing in last week, so I overindulged the entire week. I'm sure that if I don't get back on track this week I'll have a major gain next Sunday. :(

I didn't journal, which made me unaccountable. I should have done it, I just didn't. No excuses. Bad me.

I'm not going to beat myself up though. I'm going to go on and do better...

It was a horribly bad eating day for me. I went to OCB for lunch and had Long John Silver's for dinner. I'm not even going to write my journal of gluttony. Suffice it to say that I exceeded my weekly Flex pts. by 15. Ugh. :(

Starting slow on Sunday

After the WI, we went to lunch with some friends from our WW meeting. Gayl made lifetime today, so we were really happy for her! Gayl, Troy and I then went to the Seattle Healthy Living Expo. We had a good time there as well. :) The only thing I was mad about is that I lost my pedometer somewhere between WW and the Expo. So, I could only guesstimate on how many steps I did.

My food choices were high. I did that on purpose. If you look back through my posts, I always go over points on Sundays, sometimes Mondays too... I'm doing my own "modified" Wendie plan. It's sort of working, last week it did. :)

Like I said, I only guessed at my activity. Based on the Expo yesterday, I decreased the amount of steps by 1/3. I think I did okay with the guess. It only earned me 1 point though!
