After the weigh-in

So I didn't really stick to my thoughts about saving all of my Flex points for Tuesday. I used about 14 of my Flex points today while walking through the Southcenter Mall. We had an interesting time at the Johnny Rockets there, to say the least. There was a group of kids there who said that there was a long, nappy hair in their food. They said they weren't going to pay for the food and stormed out. No one chased after them. They were rude and obnoxious. I swear that kids, these days, have no respect for anything but themselves...well I actually have to wonder if they respect even themselves! The funny thing was that all of those kids had rather nappy hair, their server had a short, military-type cut, and the cook was bald... I really didn't see any servers/workers there who had nappy hair either. Joy.

Today's list:

Morning:
  • 1/2 WW Double Chocolate Bar (1 pt.)

Afternoon:
  • 1/2 skillet Denny's Smothered Cheese Fries (9.5 pts.)

Evening:

  • Subtotal: 25 pts.
Anytime:
  • 2 Nature Valley Peanut Butter Granola Bars (4 pts.)
  • 1 WW Sourdough Pretzel Thins (2 pts.)
  • Subtotal: 6 pts.
Total: 50 pts. = 33 pts. + 1 AP swap + 16 Flex
Weekly Flex remaining: 19 pts.
APs earned: 1 pt. (1650 steps while walking)

So hopefully I'll get my butt to the gym tomorrow. I need to work out. I have been very sore since my training session, it was probably stupid not to go and push through it, but I just hurt so much! I'm feeling a bit better now, so I'm going to go and at least do some cardio work. :)
